We enjoyed our much needed relaxing day. As usual for us, Greg exercises and I sleep in. I skipped breakfast and we went straight to the Mariner’s lunch. We went to the covered pool area and read, slept and used the Jacuzzi. Greg won at Bingo again. $260 this time. Yes, the room was truly convinced Bingo was rigged.
Our next port was Tallinn, Estonia. Our port time was supposed to be 8-5, but we got in at 9. Again we were almost the first off the ship and we headed to the next terminal to pick up our 6 hour Tallin Card. (best deal of the trip!)
We loved this place. It was one beautiful site after another. We did a self walking tour here and just wandered all day, popping into places along the way.
It was a short walk from the ship to the old town

We had planned to eat at Olde Hansa, but liked the atmosphere of a local pub called Kuldse Notsu Korts. We ate outside and had appetizers of onion rings and deep fried garlic rye bread with dipping sauces. We each tried 2 different casserole dishes that were fantastic. We had the most interesting beer. It was a warm honey beer and not just room temperature but hot cider hot. It was quite good despite how it sounds.

The day ended much too soon and we wandered back to the ship. I bought a butterfly earring and necklace set of gold and green amber.
